The market is divided into two lots: - lot 1: architecture, stability and special techniques; - Lot 2: Mobiliers. The works consist of the heavy renovation of two buildings (old gendarmerie and cross-red) and the extensions of these in order to arrange the new premises for the cultural center of Walcourt. The renovation will include insulation, replacing all techniques as well as completions (lot 1). Equipment to be fixed (lot 2): - Kitchen equipment; - reception furniture; - Wooden seats.
