1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works related to the removal of cracks and scratches in external walls, together with the insulation and strengthening (repair) of foundations in the building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Brzesko, Brzesko Commune.2. The scope of work includes in particular: 1) preparatory works: demolition works, earthworks, securing the gas connection and water supply connection; 2) works related to insulation and strengthening (repairs) of existing foundations: replacement of damp, cracked foundations and cracked plasters, repairing the sandstone stone cladding on the external wall of the foundation, pointing the walls, impregnating the stone with an adhesive agent, stamping the vault of the brick ceiling above the basement, horizontal insulation of the walls, demolition of the stone walls, insulating building walls with mineral wool, backfilling of excavations, installation of perimeter drainage, construction of concrete borders and concrete paving stone surfaces, planing of the native soil surface, construction of a new plinth in place of the old one demolished wall, installation of a fence span; 3) ventilation of the basement room from the outside in order to reduce...
