Tender Details

This contract is a works contract which includes the execution of the following works (general description of the work to be carried out): The project consists of the renovation of the existing buildings of the Douvrain Communal School with surrounding areas (Market 02). Certain parts of the building, such as the gym, may remain occupied during construction. This intervention on an occupied site involves a specific phasing of the work: the classrooms will be renovated in a first phase, while the creation of parking lots and the demolition of prefabricated buildings will be carried out in a second phase, once the classrooms are completed. The work described above is not exhaustive. The details of the work are included in the clauses technical specifications and the summary quantity survey annexed to the special specifications. It is expressly stipulated that the contractor must carry out the work according to the rules of the art.
