The subject of the order are renovation and adaptation works necessary for the operation of the Social Services Center and the implementation of social services within the Social Services Center in the Strzyewice 108C building as part of the project: Social Services Center in the Strzyewice Commune, co-financed by the European Union from European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program, Measure 8.5 Social Services, Priority VIII Increasing social cohesion The following works are to be performed: 1) General construction works: demolition works, construction of a new roof covering, insulation of walls, replacement of windows and doors, construction of new floors, partition walls, suspended ceilings, plastering and painting works, 2) Electrical installations, 3) External sanitary installations (sewage) sanitary installations), internal sanitary installations, 4) Construction of access roads and parking spaces.
