Tenders are invited for Renovation and Accessibility Work for Tikrit Rehab Hospital - Extra: Renovation and Accessibility Work for Children Hall and Children Therapy Room, in Addition to 3 Toilets
1 Ceramic tiles for walls: Providing materials, tools and manpower to remove ceramic tiles from the walls and throw them in a place approved by the local authority, then install floors with ceramic tiles (dimensions 25 * 40 cm) and 12 mm thick, Turkish origin, using cement sand (1:3), and filling Joints with white cement paste as directed by the supervising engineer. All work necessary to complete the job will be included in the price.

2 Demolition work: Providing materials, tools and manpower to demolish the wall separating the bathrooms, removing the rubble and transporting it outside to the place determined by the beneficiary and according to the directives of the supervising engineer.

3 Construction work: Preparing materials, equipment, and manpower and building a wall of good quality, salt-free bricks using cement mortar with a mixing ratio of 1:3 with everything the work requires, according to the directions of the supervising engineer.

4 "Plastic paint: Supply of materials, tools and manpower to paint the walls with three layers of plastic (waterproof silicone) paint (Jotun, Betec, Caparol, Polysan, Duo or equivalent). The paint must be diluted (10%-15%) with water to obtain a paint coverage of no more than (10-12) m2/litre/coat. The task includes cleaning the walls, removing dirt and dust, repais walls if any, before painting. All work necessary to complete the job must be included in the price.

5 Installing a skirting board: Providing equipment and manpower to remove and clean the old skirting board, supplying and installing a new skirting board with a height of 10 cm, of Turkish origin and using cement mortar with a mixing ratio of 1:3 and according to the directives of the supervising engineer. All work necessary to complete the task will be included in the price.

6 Rough porcelain tiles for floors: Supplying materials, tools and manpower to remove damaged ceramic tiles and dumping them in a place approved by the local authority, then installing porcelain floor tiles (50 x 50 cm) with a thickness of 14 mm from a Turkish origin using cement sand mortar (1:3) and filling the joints. With white cement paste and according to the directions of the supervising engineer. All work necessary to complete the job will be included in the price.

7 Tartan floor: Preparing and installing tartan floor pieces, sized (1*1 m) and 2.5 cm thick, of Turkish origin.

8 Ceramic tiles for floors: Providing materials, tools and manpower to remove ceramic tiles from the floors and dump them in a place approved by the local authority, then install floors with ceramic tiles (dimensions 35*35 cm) and 12 mm thick from Turkish origin, using cement sand (1:3), and filling Joints with white cement paste as directed by the supervising engineer. All work necessary to complete the job will be included in the price.

9 PVC Frame Doors (1.0x2.10m): Supply of materials, tools and manpower for installation of PVC doors. It must be free of lintels and floor frames, of Turkish origin, and the upper part will be covered with 6 mm frosted glass. Price includes hinges, handles, locks and frosted glass (6mm). All work necessary to complete the job will be included in the price and as directed by the supervising engineer.

10 "Repair wood door:

Supply of materials, tools and manpower to repair the existing wood door . By fixing door handles, hinges, locks, stopper . All needed works to complete the job, will be included within the price."

11 Plastic pipes measuring 4 inches: Supply, installation and connection of PVC pipes with a diameter of 4 inches and a pressure of 6 bar for the sewer network for sanitary units on the ground floor. The work includes excavation (40 x 40 cm), backfilling and covering the pipes at the joints with 10 cm concrete on all sides using resistant cement. For sulphate, with all connection equipment, installation and foundation accessories, and all work necessary to complete the job included in the price and as directed by the supervising engineer.

12 Faucets and water faucets: Preparing and providing the materials, tools and manpower necessary to connect water faucets and toilet faucets, chrome water connections of 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch, Turkish origin. The price of the works must include all requirements for completing the task.

13 Ceramic wash basin: Supplying materials, tools and manpower to install ceramic wash basin with stand, mixer taps, valves, mirror(60x50)cm and all fittings with complete water connections . All needed work to complete the job will be included within the price.

14 Oriental Toilet: Providing materials, tools and manpower to remove the damaged Oriental Toilet bowl and install a new ceramic Oriental Toilet. Including the siphon (flush tank), the groove trap with a diameter of 100 mm (4 inches), the flexible hose, the spray faucet, and the water connections. One metal handle is provided on the side of the toilet, 1 meter long and 55 cm high, and 1 metal handle at the back of the toilet, 60 cm long. It is 55 cm high and has a vertical metal handle above the side handle and is fixed well to the wall according to the directions of the supervising engineer. All work necessary to complete the job will be included in the price.

15 "Western Toilets: Supply of materials, tools and manpower for installation of ceramic western toilets. Including siphon, Ø100 mm (4"") groove trap, 5 mm flexible hose, water connections and cleaning tank. The water closet must be surrounded by a wall or partition at the back. The center line of the water closet should be 12 inches (35 cm) and the depth of the urinal should be 13½ inches (35 cm).

16 Lighting switch: Supply and install 16 amp lighting switches of good quality, Turkish origin, for every lighting point that needs to be replaced. All necessary work to complete the task is included in the price.

17 Socket Switch (13A): Supply and installation of a universal, Turkish origin 13A, 3 pin switch socket with indicator and latched outlet, on a PVC molded solid surface box including 1.0kV PVC insulated copper wire/cable wiring/connection with 1.0kV grade 2*2.5 mm² inside the existing concealed PVC pipes and, if necessary, placed through the new surface PVC pipes (diameter 20 mm) with all accessories. The price includes supply, installation, connection, extension, drilling, cutting (concrete wall if required) and commissioning to complete the works as required.

19 "Suspended plastic ceiling: Preparing materials, equipment and personnel to remove the old secondary ceiling and install the ceiling pieces (60 * 60 cm) with a thickness of 8 mm using all the necessary accessories.

20 Ceiling Lighting: Supply, installation, operation and inspection of ceiling lighting installed in secondary ceilings with a capacity of 60 watts and size (60*60 cm) of good quality with a warranty of not less than two years and everything required for the work according to the directives of the supervising engineer.

21 Exhaust fan: Supplying, fixing and connecting of exhaust fan 240 volt A.C 1400 rpm & 450mm sweep (15cm) includes wiring/connecting with 1.0 kV grade 2*1.5mm² PVC insulated copper cable/wires laid inside existing concealed PVC pipe and if required laid through new surface PVC pipe (20 mm dia) with 6 A switches with all accessories. The price includes supplying, installing, connecting, laying, drilling & cutting ( concrete wall if required ) and commissioning to complete works as required.

22 Split Unit Air-Conditioning (2 ton): Supply, install, connect and commission wall mounted Split unit Air-conditioning (Cool & Heat) 2 ton. (24, 000 btuh), Should good origin ( TOSOT, LG, SAMSUNG ) per Technical specification and Type of compressor T3, refrigerant gas should have Low global warming potential and Zero Ozone depletion potential, includes wiring/connecting with 1.0 kV grade 3*4mm² PVC insulated copper cable/wires laid inside concealed PVC pipe (20 mm dia) with 25 A switches with all accessories. The price includes supplying, installing, connecting, laying, drilling & cutting ( concrete wall if required ) and commissioning to complete works as required. (See attached GTP/Compliance sheet).

23 Split Unit Air-Conditioning (3 ton): Supply, install, connect and commission (Cool & Heat) 3 ton.
