Tender Details

The subject of the proceedings and order is the selection of a contractor for construction works related to the renovation of internal access roads to the fields located in Bereta, plot no. 221, Muszynka, plot no. 279, Tylicz, plot no. 903, Piorunka, plot no. 49 and 6 and 153/2 and 149/1, Mochnaczka Ninej, plot no. 546 and in Czyrna, plot no. 23/1. The scope of work includes the construction of concrete surfaces and a gravel surface on the roads in question. The scope of the order is specified in detail in the design documentation, Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and STWiORB, Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which constitute Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. The contractor must offer at least a 5-year warranty period for defects physical and quality guarantee for the entire subject of the order.
