Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive renovation of 4 rooms located in the building of the Accommodation District of the Professional Development Courses of the Police School in Piła.2. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts. Therefore, the Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial, referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order was specified in: 1) Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 2) Plan of the first floor of the building, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 3) Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ;4) Bill of Quantities, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ;5) Draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.4. The ordering party requires a guarantee for the workmanship the subject of the order, i.e. construction works, technical equipment and systems related to construction facilities and the supplied equipment used to perform all works, was a minimum of 48 months, counting from the completion of the implementation of the subject of the contract signing final acceptance protocol.
