Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the purchase procedure is to renovate the 2nd floor of the fish cafe, which is located in Võiste township, Pärnu County, Sadama tn 25. For this purpose, the entire 2nd floor of the building is renovated in such a way that the original appearance of the building is preserved (2 metal stairs are added) and on the 2nd floor of the building there will be small apartment-type rooms with separate entrances (4 rooms + bathroom + utility room). The tenderer must take into account that there is a working fish cafe on the 1st floor of the building, the work of which must not be disturbed.
