Good morning, I invite you to submit an offer for the renovation of an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 1T. Details regarding the requirements are included in the annex to the procedure. In order to submit an offer, you must submit a signed offer and complete the declarations attached to proceedings and post their scan. Offer validity: 60 days Completion date: to be determined. Warranty: The supplier will provide a guarantee and warranty for 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance reports for the work performed. Security in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance worth at least 10% of the contract value for the warranty period + 30 days. Insurance provisions agreed with the Ordering Party. Payments: The following payment division is allowed: 100% of the contract value after signing the protocols collection + 30 days Payment deadline: 30 days from the date the Ordering Party receives a correctly issued invoice and signs a fault-free final acceptance protocol. If necessary, I invite you to an on-site inspection.
