Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of Holcim Polska S.A. We invite you to submit an offer for comprehensive renovation, construction, finishing and installation works in a production building. The scope of works includes the following task areas: Construction works: Partial replacement of window joinery: applies to all windows on the south side of the building. Installation of single-leaf, tilt-and-turn, soundproof, triple-glazed windows with a white, thin frame and internal blinds. The scope includes replacing window sills internal and external as well as processing of door frames outside and inside the building. The dimensions should be verified during the inventory during the on-site visit. Door works in the walls: knocking out 1 pair of doors in the load-bearing wall on the ground floor and inserting them lintels, required processing and installation of new doors, as well as bricking up one pair of doors between the offices. Replacement of interior doors: disassembly and assembly of new glass, single-leaf tempered doors with aluminum frame and black handle, 35-40 pieces (frosted glass in sanitary facilities and cloakrooms). The existing double doors in the corridors, fire protection doors in the boiler room and exit doors from the basement corridor to the outside remain unchanged. Replacing the entrance door: installation of new colored aluminum doors gray between the vestibule and the staircase. Office rooms and corridors: Painting and preparatory works: filling gaps, plastering, leveling the surface, priming and double painting...
