Tender Details

The object of the assignment is the renovation and expansion of an existing municipal school building - primary school "De Lakerberg" in 3530 HOUTHALEN-HELCHTEREN, Kerkhofstraat 88. The assignment includes: To improve the internal organization of the existing school building, there will be On top of the storage room, gymnasium, lockup and classroom, an additional volume will be built for the design of a new teachers' room. After the relocation of the existing teachers' room, this vacated space can be internally redesigned as a language classroom, M toilet and a storage room for cleaning products. Bitchess, an internal expansion of 4 toilets will be made to the existing sanitary facilities for girls in the areas currently used as storage and disabled toilets. Since the facade supports of the large windows of class 1 and 2 (numbering according to the location plan) are sagging, the facade masonry willwindows are removed and replaced with cladding in people.
