Project will renovate 22, 000 square feet of the current operating room suite providing a new HVAC system and it addresses other identified condition gaps at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to Renovate Operating Rooms at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106.
The project magnitude for this project is between $5, 000, 000 and $10, 000, 000.

All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the contract.
