This is a construction requirement to renovate the interior of B1832 as noted in SOW and drawings. Period of Performance: 225 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed. The contractor must complete a second TAB within 180 days of initial completion. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220.The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f) is valued between $1, 000, 000 and $5, 000, 000.A site visit is scheduled for 23 April 2026 / 10:00 (local) EST. Site visit location is Building 1832, 896 Condor Country Rd Shaw AFB, SC 29152.SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 12 through 14 to adhere to all requirements necessary to to access the installation. Escorts will NOT be provided.
