FAMILIARIZATION VISIT: The Client requires the Bidder to be familiar with the property to be acquired. The Bidder can propose Familiarization visits to the subscriber during office working hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. during the offer period, before the deadline for submitting questions. A familiarization visit will be organized if it suits the Subscriber and the User, or another familiarization visit date will be agreed with the Provider. The name and address of the object is Leppävaara swimming pool: Veräjäpellonkatu 15, 02650 Espoo. The familiarization visit must be proposed in advance no later than four business days before the desired familiarization visit. Registration is done by e-mail to the address [email protected] PROCUREMENT: Listed below is the outline of the scope of the contract, a more detailed description of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 "Contract program" and appendix 2 "Plans" of the tender request.
