Tender Details
The object of the procurement is the total renewal of the access control system of the city of Seinajoki. The procurement is carried out as an overall solution, where the access control system platform is acquired in its entirety, including all access control equipment, such as readers, controllers and central devices as well as softwareand integrations with the Subscriber's other security systems defined below and the Subscriber's source registry.
The server software of the access control system is installed in the Subscriber's virtualized IT environment. The subscriber's supported operating environments are Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and Microsoft SQL 2017 or later. The access control system must have both a Windows workstation and a browser-based user interface.
The fulfillment of all requirements regarding the offered systems and the provider must be verified by individually referring to the documentation, such as published by the manufacturermat data sheets, the bidder's internal documentation or other similar, which are attached to both the application for participation and the bid. The offer must include everything in the complete solution, even if it is ready for usenecessary for the job, such as work, trips, travel time, mileage allowances, daily allowances, hardware, software, licenses, components, installation supplies and work tools, as well as system user guidance and documentation in accordance with the request for tender.
