Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One) contract of similar nature of work or any building construction work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60 (Sixty) lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 13.1(b).(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 45 (Forty Five) Lakh over the best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 14.1(a).(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be TK 50 (Fifty) lakh.
