LOT 1 - Works in charge - East and North-West LOT 2 - Works in charge - Ile-de-France and Center-West LOT 3 - Works in charge - South-East and South-West Services include: •Carrying out interventions under load on a steel network less than or equal to DN 300 on Medium Pressure network; •Carrying out load interventions on PE network up to DN 200, MPB or MPC (including pressure 10 bars); •The installation, welding and drilling of diversion connections, blanking connections, decompression and connections necessary for switching on and off gas required for the operation; •Steel and PE welding on a loaded network. The application consists of 3 multi-awardee lots (3 awardees per lot). The same bidder cannot be winner of more than 2 lots, in the event that he is selected for more than 2 lots, he will be awarded in priority to the lots having the largest maximum amount. Exception to this rule of awarding a maximum of 2 lots: in the case where a company is winner of a lot where it has submitted the only regular, appropriate or acceptable offer, then this lot will be awarded to it, despite the fact that it has already been awarded 2 lots. This exception allows GRDF to avoid failure. Market Shares will be 40% for the beneficiary arriving in first position, 35% for the beneficiary arriving in second position and 25% for the recipient coming in third position.
