Turku Energia Sahkoeverkot Oy (hereinafter TESV) is renovating the Upalinko 110 kV substation located in Turku. The starting point of the project is the replacement of the current 110 kV open switchgear with a new SF6 gas-free GIS switchgear. The new switching plant will be placed in the one to be built in connection with this acquisition to the substation building in the northwestern part of the current substation area. The existing cable outlets will be connected to the new switchgear with 110 kV cable connections made from the current terminal portal. construction, switchgear and other materials, installation, testing and commissioning work, documentation and demolition work to the extent defined in more detail in the procurement documents. This is a purchase to be implemented as a total responsibility contract. The procurement complies with the F-gas regulation (EU) 2024/573 regulations. The main components included in the procurement are:- construction of a new two-story substation building;- 110 kV two-rail GIS switchgear and related control, protection, automation and auxiliary electrical systems;- 110 kV cabling works with ground and foundations and materials; - demolition works of the current 110 kV open switchgear and station building. The procurement will be carried out through a negotiation procedure in accordance with the Act on Procurement of Special Sectors.
