In more detail, the work includes: work in buildings B1, B2 and B3: o Disassembly of all radiators and radiator supply networks in ventilated voids (approximately 1.50m empty height); o Supply and installation of new radiators and new radiator supply networks (steel for networks on the ground floor and pex-alu-px for networks in ventilated voids). Work in the sub-station of building B7: o Disassembly of all 3 radiator circuits, collector and part of the primary circuit (asbestosable part) as well as all accessories; o Disassembly of the 2 electric tables (and accessories) of the 3 circuits; o Supply and installation of the 3 new circuits with pumps, V3, ...; o Supply and installation of a new TE with regulation. Work common to the entire site: o Replacement of all radiator valves with thermostatic valves; o Replacement of all radiator purges and installation of new radiator fittings.
