TVT Asunnot Oy is asking for bids on renewing the locking system of residential buildings located in Turku. The purpose of the purchase is to replace the current locking system of 16 residential buildings with a new electromechanical system. Compliant with the requirements the electromechanical locking system reduces the customer's maintenance work and costs, which is important both for the residents and for a rental apartment operator like the customer. An agreement is made with one supplier for the procurement. The locking system to be procured covers residential apartments, mailboxes, stairwells, technical spaces and residents' storage and common use spaces are located in residential buildings. The system to be procured is described in the attachments of the request for tender. Key boxes, keys and the necessary software with licenses are delivered installed and programmed so that the locks and keys are in working condition. The delivery schedule will be agreed for each residential building site with the bidder who won the tender. The delivery must be ready for all residential buildings by the end of 2026. The offer must include the delivery of the keys to the residents in accordance with the request for offers. Among the received offers, the cheapest one is chosen.
