The public procurement in question is carried out according to the negotiated procedure with publication and conclusion of the contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signature of the contract in accordance with the 45th ZJN-3 with publication on the public procurement portal and in the Official Journal of the European Union as follows: •1. phase of the procedure - determination of the provider's ability, whether the provider meets the client's requirements based on the information provided for determining the ability required by the client. In the first stage of the procedure, the client will recognize the ability based on the received documentation bidders whose bids will be admissible. The contracting authority will publish the qualifications of the providers in the Decision on Recognition of Qualifications on the Public Procurement Portal. •2. phase of the process - submission of the offer and negotiation with the providers and submission of the final offer. The client will sign a contract with the selected contractor for the performance of the service in question, which must be performed no later than 12 months from of the date of signing the contract.
