Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the renewal, delivery and purchase of a license for a SIEM class system. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order, payment, etc. were defined in Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: "PPU"), which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party appropriately divided the subject of the contract into a basic contract and an order covered by option rights. 1) Basic order includes: a) purchase and delivery of licenses and support packages from the solution manufacturer for the Splunk license or equivalent, in accordance with point 2.1 in the OPZ, b) purchase and delivery of additional packages manufacturer's support along with the purchase of an additional Splunk license or equivalent, in accordance with point 2.2 of the OPZ, c) purchase and delivery of a Red Hat subscription, in accordance with point 2.3 in the OPZ, d) purchase and delivery of service for servers, in accordance with point 2.4 in the OPZ, e) provision of the Service, in accordance with point 2.5 of the OPZ. valid from July 1, 2026 or from the date of signing the Agreement, depending on which event occurs later, until June 30, 2029, in accordance with the table included in the OPZ. 2) Order under option law (Option) includes: expansion of the System with additional licenses/subscriptions/manufacturer support packages along with the provision of Website services in accordance with the scope and limit specified in point 2.6 of the OPZ.
