The goal is to implement modern, user -oriented, accessible and mobile -friendly A web service that serves residents and other stakeholders clearly and efficiently. The procurement covers a website reform project management, design, implementation, deployment, training and maintenance services. There has been a need for a clearer, more accessible and customer -oriented online service. The technical and visual platform of the website is to be updated to meet today's requirements.
