The object of the acquisition is the continuation of the balance error adjuster (TAVIS) system maintenance service. The system has been put into use based on the project agreement implemented in 2020, which included fixed-term maintenance. The current maintenance contract is valid Until 30 September 2026. In the procurement, the system maintenance contract is renewed for a period of five (5) years. Maintenance includes continuous 24/7 system support and regular annual updates.
