Criteria and Required documents and information:
• Proponents must acknowledge and understand the procurement rules, regulations, and procedures of the
Organization (Aga Khan Agency for Habibat)
• Prices should be all inclusive of taxes, customs, delivery, offloading etc
• Valid account number and bank card would be required for selection
• List of Similar Projects undertaken by company
• Payment will be through bank transfer only
• Bid Security will be 2% of the total amount (Only Bank Guarantee will be accepted)
• Successful Supplier will be required to ensure 10% of the total cost as Security deposit
• Financial Proposal shall be provide with the cost breakdown.
• Business licence of the Supplier / firm and attached the copy of authorization letter from perkins.
• All Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelop with photos of Requested items not later than Oct 25th, 2021
