Tender Details

The subject of the order is the service of removing vehicles from roads, residential zones, traffic zones in the City of Gdynia pursuant to Art. 50a section 1 and art. 130a section 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Law and maintaining a guarded parking lot for removed vehicles. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the order. Key parts of the order that cannot be entrusted to subcontractors: removal of vehicles from roads, residential and traffic zones, activities related to the safe transport of vehicles, their loading, securing, unloading and proper positioning in the parking lot, maintaining a 24-hour guarded parking lot, along with performing information duties, accepting, storing and releasing vehicles. The Contractor undertakes to perform the key tasks of the subject of the order entirely with its own resources, using its own equipment and materials, without the participation of subcontractors. The ordering party allows subcontracting.
