AMOTE LNOBPL Technical and Environmental project management assistance mission LNOBPL. The contractual organization of the market is structured as follows: A firm tranche (TF) lasting 24 months from notification, covering all of the services provided for in this respect. Four optional tranches (TO1 to TO4), activated successively by service order, intended to complete and adjust the studies carried out in firm tranche until the end of phase 2 of the LNOBPL preliminary studies. They make it possible to integrate lessons learned from consultation, territorial dialogue and exchanges with co-financing partners, while ensuring the continuity of the skills mobilized and the adaptation of methods to the progress of studies. Three optional tranche (TO5 to TO7), planned for: •carrying out an external check on the preliminary ERTMS studies on the following professions: routes, catenaries, electrical energy, telecoms, engineering structures, earthworks, hydraulic structures, civil engineering, safety, security; •analysis of interfaces between rail network modernization programs; •analysis of the interfaces between the LNOBPL Project and the territory-s infrastructure.
