Removal of vehicles from public roads 1- Removal/movement of vehicles parked on public roads, and their subsequent deposit in municipally owned premises or on the corresponding public roads, which are in a situation of: • Violation of the legislation on traffic and circulation of vehicles on public roads. • Those involved in criminal acts. • Those seized and placed at the disposal of the tax or judicial authorities. • Vehicles in a state of abandonment. • Those vehicles that make it difficult to hold public events (processions, parades, celebrations, markets, etc.) and/or the work of public or private services for public use. • In case of force majeure, emergency, risk or catastrophe. • The crashed vehicles that prevent the free movement of other vehicles or pose a serious risk to other road users. • In general, vehicles whose removal/movement requires the Algemesí Local Police. 2- The placement of provisional signage in the locations indicated by the local police management, whose purpose is the reservation of public space by occupation of public roads or the celebration of some type of festive, cultural, sporting or other event nature that requires the provisional and temporary prohibition of the indicated public space.
