The subject of the public contract for construction works is the complete removal and demolition of a free-standing building of the former railway heating station (drawer) with a water tower and the adjoining shelter, which are located on the southern edge of the built-up part of the village in close proximity to the Škoda Auto Kvasiny plant, on the land, land plot no. 597 and land plot No. 1402/16 in the cadastral territory of Kvasiny. The building being removed, with a total built-up area of ​​219.33 m² and a height above the ground of approx. 10.05 m, consists of two functional parts: the original brick tower part from the end of the 19th century (construction of solid bricks and rolled steel beams) and the younger hall part (wooden frame construction with internal lining of Heraclitus boards with plaster). Part of the performance is ensuring the safety of the construction site with regard to the surrounding buildings and the railway, professional dismantling and ecological disposal of hazardous waste in the form of roofing made of asbestos cement corrugated templates and small-format eternite elements, complete demolition of above-ground brick and wooden structures, removal of massive sandstone foundations, sub-bases and concrete floors including backfilling of the assembly channel, and then sorting, removal and...
