The assignment concerns a framework agreement for small relocations (such as the removal of office furniture, etc.) between the various STIB buildings located in the Brussels-Capital Region. This framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 2 contractors, namely: • one main tenderer; • one secondary tenderer. If the main tenderer remains in default within the meaning of Article 44 of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 establishing the general implementation rules for public contracts and public works concessions, the secondary tenderer may, at the sole discretion of STIB, be called upon to intervene additionally or to replace him.
