Tender Details

1. The subject of the public procurement is a service consisting in the collection, transport and disposal of hazardous waste containing asbestos from real estate in the Zambrów commune. The scope of the order includes collection, transport and disposal of approximately 316.86 Mg of waste containing asbestos from properties located in the Zambrów commune (waste removed from roofs, placed on properties on pallets or in big bags; if the asbestos is not prepared in the above-mentioned way, the Contractor is obliged to properly secure the asbestos and will pick up). The indicated number is an estimate and may change depending on the unit price indicated by the Contractor. 2. A list containing the addresses of properties from which hazardous waste containing asbestos should be collected will be made available to the Contractor after signing the contract. 3. The contractor will be obliged to notify the property owner at least 3 days before the planned waste collection date. 4. The contractor will be obliged to provide the owner of the property from which the waste will be collected with a waste transfer protocol. 5.
