2. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the dismantling, collection, collection, transport and disposal of products containing asbestos as part of the project entitled Removal of products containing asbestos from the Wisko Commune in 2026.3. Range the order includes the implementation of two tasks: Task No. 1 Dismantling, transporting and disposal of roofing made of asbestos-cement boards for construction in the Wisko Commune. The works will include: dismantling roofing on the indicated by the Ordering Party in buildings located in the Wisko Commune, packing, loading, transport of hazardous waste from the collection site to the disposal site, unloading and depositing together with the costs of disposal at a waste landfill hazardous materials containing asbestos and maintaining quantitative and qualitative records of waste specified in the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).
