The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Removal of products containing asbestos from the area of ​​the Pitnica commune in the estimated amount: approximately 679.42 Mg (it was assumed that 1 m of asbestos-cement boards weighed 0.015 Mg. The subject of the order includes: 1) preparation for collection and transport of products containing asbestos in accordance with applicable law (packing of dismantled products containing asbestos, appropriate protection in accordance with applicable regulations: placing on pallets, securing foil), 2) weighing waste on each property and loading it. To perform the task, the contractor will use a truck scale with valid verification, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 11, 2001, Law on Measures (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2063). and the applicable implementing acts.
