Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are services consisting in the collection, packaging, loading, transport and disposal of waste containing asbestos from farms in the Liskw Commune. 2. Estimated number of products containing asbestos planned for implementation under this order is 79.26 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the scope of the order specified above, as well as to change the number of properties, due to the fact that the given amounts of asbestos-containing products covered by the subject matter orders are estimated. 3. The Contractor will agree on the date of completion of the works with the owners of individual properties based on the list received from the Ordering Party on the day of signing the contract. Within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Contractor will determine expected dates of commencement and completion of work with the owners of individual properties included in the list, and will immediately notify the Ordering Party about the agreed dates, no later than within 3 business days after making the last arrangements with the owners real estate.4.
