The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in packing, loading and transport of waste containing asbestos from the property in the Paww commune (Starachowice district, Witokrzyskie Voivodeship) and depositing it in a landfill adapted for this purpose. total amount of waste to be loaded and transported asbestos-containing waste and deposited in a waste landfill adapted for this purpose: 26, 666 sq m (400.00 Mg). The scope of work also includes the removal of asbestos boards, which are fragmented. The Ordering Party reserves that the above quantity is an estimate. This amount may change (increase or decrease - by approximately 10%), taking into account the fact that the basis for its determination are applications from property owners, in which the owners specified surface of products containing asbestos expressed in m2. If the amount of asbestos waste is different (smaller or larger) than specified in the SWZ, the Contractor will not have any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect, including claims for damages.
