- adapted to the productive capacity and to the manufacturing process of the central kitchen
- with suitable technological performance (rapid heating or cooling)
- with an optimal energetic yield and environmentally friendly
-Taking into account the increase in the heat of the premises, the humidity and the impact on working conditions.
