The subject of the order is the service entitled: "Removal of mechanical and electrical failures of pump stations, transformer stations and flood protection in the area of ​​the Catchment Management Board in Gdańsk - Lake District". Detailed description of the subject of the order and conditions order execution is determined by: - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - Annex No. 1 to SWZ, - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The ordering party does not divide this order for the reasons indicated in the OPZ - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. In addition, the Ordering Party awards services in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure, and this contract is one of those separated parts. A contractor may submit only one offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 3. The Ordering Party reserves no obligation personal performance of key parts of the order by the Contractor. The Ordering Party allows the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order. In the event of the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 462 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, demands the Contractor should indicate in his offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the Contractor should provide the names of the subcontractors' companies, if they are already known.
