Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the removal of illegal landfills from the areas administered by the Ordering Party along with waste management in accordance with BDO waste management.1) The subject of the order includes the provision of services in the field of: a)cleaning the places indicated by the Ordering Party by collecting the waste found there and loading it into its own containers, divided according to codes in accordance with Annexes 5 and 5a to the SWZ. If unclassified waste is found during the implementation, the Contractor is obliged to perform this servicewill also secure this waste, i.e. other than those listed in Annexes 2 and 2a to the contract. b) removal of non-hazardous waste by transporting and transferring the collected and sorted waste to an entity/entities with appropriate permits for collection, collection or processingdisposal of waste in accordance with the Waste Act, along with paying fees for its transfer. c) removal of hazardous waste by transport and transfer of the collected and sorted waste to an entity/entities with appropriate permits for the collection, collection or processing of...
