REMOVAL, HAULING, TRANSPORT, FINAL DISPOSAL AND TREATMENT OF OLD WASTE FROM THE OLD VALLE CRUZ DUMPSITE TO A SANITARY LANDFILL AS PART OF THE FORMER DUMPSITE RECOVERY PROJECT: TRANSFORMATION OF DUMPSITE TO ECOLOGICAL PARK (PHASE I)

1. The LGU-Cabanatuan City, through the LBP Loan intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Eight Hundred Ten Thousand One Hundred Pesos (₱ 60, 810, 100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Removal, Hauling, Transport, Final Disposal and Treatment of Old Waste from the Old Valle Cruz Dumpsite to a Sanitary Landfill as Part of the Former Dumpsite Recovery Project: Transformation of Dumpsite to Ecological Park (Phase I). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
