REMOVAL OF DISCONTINUITIES - CREATION OF A BRIDGE OVER THE AGLY IN RIVESALTES As part of the 2019-2023 Multiannual Investment Program under the “removal of cycling discontinuities” component, this consultation aims to create a footbridge over the Agly in Rivesaltes in order to ensure secure cycle continuity between the Agly greenway, identified as the national route V81 (Le Barcarès - Bayonne) and the right bank. The award procedure used is the call offers open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. Services are regulated by unit prices. The Departmental Council, with a view to promoting employment and the fight against exclusion, is committed to a proactive policy of integrating people looking for work or in the process of being excluded.
