Under this ITT, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THERMAL FLUID HEATER meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, Scope of Work. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this ITT in accordance with the instructions set forth in this ITT. The RFX will be administered through the City-s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City.
