Removal and removal or utilization of mixed municipal and bulky waste The subject of the performance of the order is to ensure the acceptance, removal and disposal or utilization of municipal waste at the transfer station of the Waste Management of the City of Chomutova, where the originator is the Statutory the city of Chomutov, legal entities and natural persons doing business in the territory of the Statutory City of Chomutov and Technical Services of the City of Chomutov, cat. as amended later. It is about acceptance, removal and removal or use of mixed municipal waste and bulky waste, collected by the Technical Services of the City of Chomutova, treated by pressing, deposited in pressing containers. Container volume approx. 27-33 m3, i.e. approx. 8-10t of waste per one container. The place of performance of the public contract, i.e. the place of waste acceptance, is the site of the Waste Management Operation of the City of Chomutova, Pražská Street (GPS coordinates - Loc: 50°26'45.355"N, 13°25'56.519"E). The rights and obligations of the contracting parties relating primarily to technical conditions for the use of collection equipment, changes to equipment or methods of waste management and the obligation to take out liability insurance are detailed in Article III. the contract proposal, which is part of the published tender documentation. The total expected amount of waste is 16, 000 tons per year. The performance period is two years, with the possibility of using the optional right of extension by one year.
