1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and disposal of waste containing asbestos in the Agw commune in 2026, carried out on agricultural farms only for the Beneficiaries to whom the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture paid and settled the funds for the implementation of the project under investment A1.4.1. covered by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. under the Polish nationwide program for financing the removal of products containing asbestos, part 2) Projects in the field of collection, transport and disposal of waste containing asbestos carried out on farms.1) The scope of the order includes: a) Collection, transport and disposal of asbestos-containing materials lying on properties in an estimated amount of approximately 352 Mg. b) The quantities indicated in point 1 p amounts declared by residents and confirmed in applications for asbestos collection.
