Description : The contracting authority is seeking to establish a single party framework for the delivery of a remote proctoring solution which is required urgently in order to maintain the integrity of formal university examinations which will be held online from January 2021. Under Article 27 of the Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority is employing an accelerated open procedure for this requirement. We are employing a reduced timeline of 15 days for receipt of tenders.
