The system must provide a platform that is: Built following Information Technology Infrastructure Learning (“ITIL”) standards and guidelines; and Extensible using APIs and connectors, thus allowing it to: Integrate with existing Learning Management systems and instances within York-s environment Connect to external applications and data sources Connect to external cloud services using Representational State Transfer (REST) protocol See Mandatory and Desirable System Requirements (Section 6.4 and 6.5 respectively) for a more compressive list of requirements.
