description of options: the tenderer must propose for the three types of remote control manipulatorsthe maintenance contracts focus individually on the technical maintenance cycles defined by the manufacturer. The maintenance contracts cover all the services to be provided for the unlimited use of the remote control handsets for a period of 10 years from the date of entry into service in zurich. They also include eventual stakessoftware updates. There is no obligation to take delivery of optional benefits. The contracting authority reserves the right to fully accept the definite optional services or to refuse them partially or in block. An option is each time received subject to the release of credit. The adjudicator has the right to communicate toit is at this point that the tenderer definitively waives the option.
