Tender Details

The contract concerns the provision of remote remote management services for the intercom of car parks in the Municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer. The services consist in particular of ensuring, from a central remote management station, the support, processing and recording user calls from parking lot intercom equipment, including entry and exit terminals, automatic cash registers and pedestrian readers. The holder must also be in able to ensure, depending on the situations encountered and in accordance with the procedures defined in the contract documents, the remote opening of barriers, control or interfacing with existing supervision equipment and software, assistance to users, as well as alerting the Municipality's on-call telephone when a malfunction requires on-site intervention. The services also include the transmission of a daily handbook and a monthly report. of activity to ensure the traceability of calls, reasons for intervention and actions taken. This is a single-award framework agreement with a maximum amount of 16, 000 EUR excluding tax for the initial period, identical amount in the event of renewal. This contract is concluded for a period of 12 months, renewable 3 times. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months.
