User identification of the service takes place with IP addresses or a library card and password. This acquisition, which is under preparation, is part of the material acquisition of the FinELib consortium. Subscriber units can be universities, research institutes and public libraries that are members of the consortium. According to the preliminary plan, one (1) service provider will be selected, which will be responsible for the overall remote digital message and about producing a magazine service.
