INDUSTRY INFORMATION DAY
The Industry Information Day is scheduled for 16 - 17 January 2024. This will be a hybrid in-person and MS Teams event. The meeting will begin promptly at 08:00 am Central Standard Time (CST). Only the entities that register for the event will be allowed to join. The purpose of this Industry Information Day is for the Government program officials to provide information regarding the production effort of the Z-ANP RCU device and its associated documentation. Additionally, the Government will receive feedback to better refine its requirements. At no time will the Government elicit trade secrets. This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the United States Federal Government. The U.S. Federal Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Information Day. The information obtained from the Industry Information Day will be utilized for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of the contractor-s participation in this event. To participate, interested contractors shall:
• Register no later than 5 January, 2024 by 4:00 pm CST if you wish to attend in person.
