Remote coaching services for managers via a digital platform, in individual and collective formats La Poste is looking for a service provider capable of deploying an individual and collective managerial coaching offer remotely (videoconferencing and/or telephone), entirely managed via a digital platform. This platform should make it possible to involve the manager and HR in the definition and monitoring of objectives (launch and review meetings), to offer the employee a choice among several certified coaches, and to offer self-assessment tools (including internal benchmarks and 360 assessment) to structure development paths. The system must combine coaching sessions and additional resources (e-learning, content dedicated), integrate before and after course evaluations to measure progress, as well as a management dashboard (monitoring registrations, attendance, objectives and subscription management). The platform will also be able to offer AI functionalities to enrich support, as well as an automated notification system. A flexible, modular and quick to deploy offer is expected, with the possibility of using 100% AI coaching in addition according to needs.
